Richard has been with Systemax for over 35 years and has served as Chairman and CEO from 1995 to 2016. He also served as President of the Company’s Industrial Products group until 2011. He guided the Company from its IPO in 1995 to its becoming a Fortune 1000 leading international multichannel merchant.
Robert has been with Systemax for over 40 years and has served as its Vice Chairman since 1995. He also served as President of the Company’s Domestic Operations until 2005 and as Chief Executive of the North American Technology Products Group from 2013 to 2015.
Bruce has been with Systemax for over 40 years and has served as its Vice Chairman since 1995. He also served as President of the Company’s International Operations until 2005. He is instrumental in the development and execution of the Company’s strategy.
Larry joined the Company as its CFO in 2007, as a Director in 2009 and was promoted to CEO in 2016. He was previously the CFO of several publicly traded technology companies and a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Robert has served as a Director of the Company since July 1995. He has been the lead independent director since October 11, 2006. Robert is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Long Island Investors LLC, which he co-founded in 1983. Robert is a 1971 cum laude graduate of Boston University and a 1974 graduate of Hofstra University Law School.
Marie has served as a Director of the Company since June 2009. She was most recently President and founder of Wellconnected, a consumer direct marketing company for affordable personalized gift items. Prior to that, Marie was the President of Myron Corporation, an international business-to-business direct marketing company. She is a board member of Children's Aid and Family Service. Marie received a B.S. degree in Marketing and Business Administration from George Washington University.
Barry has served as Director of the company since July, 2017. Barry is the Chief Executive Officer of Adorama, Inc., a leading multi-channel retailer of professional camera, audio, and video equipment, a position he has held since 2015. Previous executive roles included overseeing the e-commerce businesses and digital strategy for Sears Holdings, Inc., Office Depot, and Newark Electronics, Inc., in addition to serving as an advisor to several early stage technology companies. Barry graduated from Indiana University with a BS degree, and an MBA in Operations from Loyola University, Quinlan School of Business in 1992.
