The Leeds family has successfully led the Company to become one of the leading multi-channel merchants in the consumer electronics industry. Richard has guided the Company from its days as a small-cap direct marketing firm, through its establishment as a leading Internet retailer and its channel expansion into brick-and-mortar retail stores. In addition to his duties as CEO of Systemax, Richard oversees the operations of the Industrial Products business segment.

Bruce has served as President of Systemax's International Operations from 1990 until March 2005. Like his brother Robert, Bruce has been with the Company for over 30 years and has a wealth of industry experience. He is instrumental in the development and execution of Systemax's strategy.

Robert has served as President of Systemax's Domestic Operations from April 1995 until March 2005. Robert has over 30 years of experience in the industry and with the Company. He is a key resource that plays an active role in overseeing the development and execution of Systemax's strategic goals. As part of Robert's duties, he also supervises the business activities of the rebate processing operations.
Gilbert Fiorentino
Chief Executive, Technology Products Group
Gilbert is a founder of TigerDirect and joined Systemax when the business was acquired in 1995. In 2004, he assumed responsibility for the Technology Products Group on a worldwide basis. Gilbert has successfully grown the sales and profitability of this business segment, in the process turning brand names such as TigerDirect and MISCO into leading merchants within their respective markets. Gilbert has also served as a Director of Systemax since 2004.
Larry Reinhold
Chief Financial Officer
Larry joined the Company as its CFO in 2007 and as a Director in 2009. He was previously the CFO of Greatbatch, Inc. a NYSE medical technology company and CFO of Critical Path, Inc. a NASDAQ communications software company. Prior to these positions, Larry was a Managing Partner with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP with responsibility for its Technology, Information, Communications, Media and Entertainment industry practice in the Midwestern U.S.
Robert D. Rosenthal

Robert has served as a Director of the Company since July 1995. He has been the lead independent director since October 11, 2006. Robert is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Long Island Investors LLC, which he co-founded in 1983. Robert is a 1971 cum laude graduate of Boston University and a 1974 graduate of Hofstra University Law School.
Stacy has served as a Director of the Company since November 1995. He became Chief Financial Officer of Julian Robertson Holdings in November 2008. Previously, he was Managing Director of Rothschild Inc. and earlier served as a senior executive of Evercore Partners Inc. and Tenneco Inc. Stacy graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. degree magna cum laude in 1978 and a Ph.D. in Business Economics in 1983. He has served as an adjunct professor of finance at the Stern School of Business (NYU) since 2004.
Marie has served as a Director of the Company since June 2009. She possesses over 25 years of direct marketing industry experience. She was most recently President and founder of Wellconnected, a consumer direct marketing company for affordable personalized gift items. Prior to that, Marie was at Myron Corporation, an international business-to-business direct marketing company. During the last five years of her tenure she served as President of the company and was responsible for assembling a high-performance management team which allowed Myron to successfully enter international markets in Europe, Asia and Australia. In addition, Marie was instrumental in opening the company's manufacturing plants in both the UK and Shenzhen, China. She is a board member of Children's Aid and Family Service. Marie received a B.S. degree in Marketing and Business Administration from George Washington University.
