Richard has been with Systemax for over 35 years and has served as Chairman and CEO from 1995 to 2016. He also served as President of the Company’s Industrial Products group until 2011. He guided the Company from its IPO in 1995 to its becoming a Fortune 1000 leading international multichannel merchant.

Robert has been with Systemax for over 40 years and has served as its Vice Chairman since 1995. He also served as President of the Company’s Domestic Operations until 2005 and as Chief Executive of the North American Technology Products Group from 2013 to 2015.

Bruce has been with Systemax for over 40 years and has served as its Vice Chairman since 1995. He also served as President of the Company’s International Operations until 2005. He is instrumental in the development and execution of the Company’s strategy.

Larry joined the Company as its CFO in 2007, as a Director in 2009 and was promoted to CEO in 2016. He was previously the CFO of several publicly traded technology companies and a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Dave joined Systemax in 2017 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Prior to joining Systemax, Dave worked in various senior leadership roles from private equity start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations, including Scholastic, MSC Industrial, Gap Inc., & IKON Office Solutions. He brings with him a strong background and years of experience in global supply chain management and operations.

Eric joined Systemax as its General Counsel in May 2012. He was previously a senior corporate partner at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, a corporate partner, Co-Chair of the National Corporate Department and member of the Board of Directors of Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman, and a corporate partner and Chair of the Corporate Department of Rosenman & Colin. He received his JD degree from the University of Chicago and his undergraduate degree from SUNY Binghamton.

Manoj joined Systemax in 2000 and has served in several Information Technology roles since that time. Prior to joining Systemax, Manoj was employed at Mercator (ultimately acquired by IBM) and in the manufacturing sector.

Tex joined Systemax in 2007 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2016. He has held a number of senior financial positions at Systemax, most recently serving as Controller Industrial Products Group and previously as Director of Finance, and Manager Financial Planning & Analysis. He obtained his Bachelor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Tom joined Systemax in 2006. He was previously Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Curative Health Services, Inc., a publicly traded health care company. Prior to that, he served as Controller of Tempo Instrument Group, an electronics manufacturer.

Ben joined Systemax in 2007 from Black and Decker, where he was Director of Internal Controls and Compliance. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager in the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Ben has over 15 years of internal and external audit experience.

Prior to joining Systemax in 2017, Nancy was the vice president of Global Human Resources for Vice Media, SVP of HR for Martha Stewart Living Onmimedia and has worked as consultant in the industry for many years.

Bob joined Global Industrial as its Vice President of Marketing and e-Commerce in 2007 and was promoted to President in January 2012. Prior to his roles at Global Industrial, Bob was employed in various roles for Systemax and its predecessor companies, including Senior Vice President of Worldwide Computer Sales and Marketing and as a Director from 1995 through 2004.

Jacques joined Misco France in 1989, became its General Manager in 2006 and has led the integrated Misco/Inmac Wstore business since the 2009 acquisition. Prior to joining Systemax, Jacques worked for Ford Credit, Inmac and IKEA.
